If you would like to cancel a pre-order please email us at least 10 days before the release date at mailorder@cherryred.co.uk with the subject heading: CANCELLATION REQUEST – ‘ORDER NUMBER’

With Items that are in stock it will be unlikely that we are able to cancel these orders due to orders being dispatched as soon as possible, however for any unwanted items please do email us for information regarding our returns process.

Our mail order office hours are 10am – 6pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and our office is closed at weekends. Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to you by email.
